Learn something that I did not long ago, Learn that you only get one shot at life and you see when you’re sad and you hate yourself it brings negativity and bad vibes. When you’re happy and you look at yourself and think wow go girl, it brings so many positive feelings. What I’m essentially trying to say is that you chose whether you want to be happy or sad, yet both are concepts we create in our minds, but sadness does nothing, sadness gets you no where, happiness makes you actually feel life is worth it, and there is no better feeling in the world. So respecting, loving and caring for your health and wellbeing, will get you very far, but hating, despising and downgrading yourself doesn’t actually do anything. It doesn’t make your body change, it doesn’t make anyone feel better. All it does is bring added negativity in a world that is negative enough. You just need to see that disrespecting yourself isn’t doing anything. It’s not making it better.
